The fruit of the tree is the most commonly used part of the plant for medicinal purposes. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, including vitamin C, potassium, and iron.
Ziziphus mauritiana is known to have a number of medicinal properties. It is believed to have a positive effect on the digestive system, helping to relieve gastrointestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, and dysentery. It is also used to treat respiratory problems such as coughs and asthma, and is believed to have a calming effect on the nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
