Oxyuria
Oxyuria is a condition in which an abnormally high amount of oxygen is found in the urine. This condition can occur due to a variety of reasons, such as a kidney disorder or certain medications. It is also commonly seen in pregnant women. When oxygen levels in the urine become too high, it can cause a variety of symptoms such as increased urination, cloudy urine, and a fishy odor in the urine. It can also lead to dehydration, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. If medical Oxyuria is suspected, a doctor will order a lab test to measure the amount of oxygen in the urine. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause, but may involve diuretics, antibiotics, or other medications. In some cases, lifestyle changes such as a change in diet or exercise may be necessary.
