Endothelioma

Endothelioma is a rare form of cancer that affects the cells that line the inner walls of blood vessels, known as endothelial cells. It can occur in any organ in the body, but is most commonly found in the lungs, heart, and other organs of the chest. Symptoms of endothelioma include chest pain, difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, and swelling in the arms and legs. Diagnosis is typically done through a biopsy or CT scan. Treatment options may include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or a combination of these therapies.
