Dysphagia
Dysphagia is a medical term that refers to difficulty in swallowing. It can be caused by a wide range of conditions, including stroke, neurological disorders, esophageal disorders, GERD, structural abnormalities, and neurological conditions. Symptoms of dysphagia may include pain or discomfort when swallowing, the sensation of food sticking in the throat or chest, regurgitation of food, or the inability to swallow.
