Dropsy

Dropsy is a condition that occurs when fluid accumulates in the body's tissues. This can happen when the body is unable to get rid of the fluid properly. Symptoms of this condition can vary depending on the underlying cause. Common symptoms include swelling, especially in the extremities, shortness of breath, and weight gain. In some cases, the fluid can be drained using a needle, and in more severe cases, surgery may be necessary to remove the excess fluid. Treatment for dropsy may include medications, lifestyle changes, and dietary restrictions.
