Blennorrhea

Blennorrhea is a medical condition characterized by an abnormal discharge from the mucous membranes, such as the vagina or nose, which contains large amounts of mucus. The mucus is usually thin, watery, and has a foul odor. It can also be thick and yellowish in color. Blennorrhea is usually caused by an infection such as a virus, fungus, or bacteria. In some cases, it can be caused by allergies or an irritation of the mucous membranes. Treatment usually involves antibiotics or other medications, depending on the cause. If the cause is not identified, the condition may become chronic.
