Sulfamazone

Sulfamazone is an antibiotic medication used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It belongs to a class of drugs called sulfonamides, which are also known as sulfa drugs. Sulfamazone works by preventing bacteria from producing the proteins they need to survive and reproduce. This stops the growth of the bacteria, allowing the body's natural defenses to fight the infection. Sulfamazone is used to treat various types of bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, sinus infections, and skin infections. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
